Direkt neben dem Bahnhof Höchst werden im Erdgeschoss und 1. Obergeschoss eines ehemaligen Verwaltungsgebäudes rund 460 m² freie Flächen verfügbar. Mehrere Arbeits- und Lagerräume können flexibel aufgeteilt und nach Bedarf gestaltet werden. Die Renovierung der Flächen ist erforderlich und wird über das „Frankfurter Programm zur Förderung des Umbaus leerstehender Räume für Kreative“ finanziert.
Perspektivisch soll hier ein Ort für Künstlerinnen, Gestalterinnen und Kreative im Frankfurter Westen entstehen – mit Ateliers, Werkbereichen und offenen Räumen für Produktion, Austausch und Präsentation.

Studio, Storage and Workspaces Directly at Höchst Station – Pre-Registration Now Open
Directly next to Höchst Station, approximately 460 m² of available space will open up on the ground floor and first floor of a former administrative building. Several work and storage rooms can be flexibly divided and adapted as needed. Renovation of the spaces is required and will be funded through the “Frankfurt Program for the Conversion of Vacant Spaces for Creative Use.”
In the long term, this location is intended to become a hub for artists, designers, and creatives in Frankfurt’s west—featuring studios, workshop areas, and open spaces for production, exchange, and presentation.
